Performing Arts Camp Musical

Ema and Victor have spent the last two weeks at Performing Arts Camp. This is the musical they worked so hard on. Ema tried out for the part of Emma, of course! She is the moral support of the teen taking his drivers ed test. The musical was about the choices we make in our lives, and how to stay on the path to God. The kids did a great job! Ema was fabulous on stage, her lines were memorized, and she was so animated! She is a natural actress! I can't wait until she auditions for this years Christmas play! Victor did great in the choir. His dance moves were great! He looked like a little pro out there.

Great Wolf Lodge

We went to Great Wolf Lodge and Dune Grass Festival last fall. The kids had a blast! The lodge was so much fun. We went under the giant bucket and got drenched! I have never had so much fun!

It was our first year at Dune Grass. The kids have been going for years with their grandparents, but we decided to make the trip there this time. The beach was wonderful, the entertainment was great. The kids had such a good time just hanging out with friends. We can't wait to go back again!

Best Friends

Taye and me have been best friends since 6th grade. No matter how far we lived from each other, we still remained friends! Now our kids are friends! Here is a wonderful evening of fun with all the kids. Ema and Kylee dressed up crazy and put on a concert for us.

Roller World

Ema had a roller skating party at Roller World. Boy does this bring back memories from my junior high days! I still can't believe my mom would just drop me off, there is no way I would let Ema go by herself!!

Crazy Hair Day

Victor had spirit week at school. This was Crazy Hair Day, and sunglasses day!

This was Easter 2009 egg decorating. The kids get intense coming up with ideas for each egg.

Ema's First Formal Dance

So this is my little girl, Ema. Ok, so she isn't so little anymore! This is her sixth grade formal dance. She went with her "boyfriend" Griffin. Well, they don't actually "go" together. They ask to go to the dance, then they meet there, and talk a little bit! It was cute anyway! The other girls are her best friends, Hannah and Sami.
